Our Adaptive Organisation Simulation was developed for managers and directors in large organisations to show them how to implement an adaptive framework for success.
Using a combination of roleplaying and other resources we show first how current process-driven solutions are ineffective at solving critical issues within a company – and even how they can exacerbate the problem!
Then we turn back the clock and run the same scenario using the methods and approaches that are found in adaptive organizations.
This “learning by doing” instruction gives participants the tools to go back to their organisations and manage from the customer’s viewpoint.
